What BetsyPayouts is

BetsyPayouts converts CSV payout statements into journal import files. It is a formatting tool. It does not provide accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or legal advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking the output before importing or posting it, for mapping accounts correctly, and for the accuracy of your books and tax filings. We recommend importing into a test company first or having your accountant review the result. Marketplaces and accounting software can change their file formats, which may cause errors.

The pass

A paid pass allows unlimited use of the download feature for 12 months from the payment date on the device and browser where you unlock it. Passes are for your own use and your own clients' books.

Refunds

If the file cannot be imported and we cannot fix it, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

No warranty and limited liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pass, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as penalties, interest, or lost profits.

Trademarks

BetsyPayouts is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Intuit QuickBooks, or Xero. Their names are used only to describe compatibility and belong to their owners.

Changes

We may update these terms and the service. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
